Auto Repair & Service
Bring in more new auto repair customers.
Auto repair is a trust business built on proximity. EDDM puts your shop name in every household near you, so when something breaks, you're the first call, not a Google search.

Why It Works
Car trouble is unplanned. Name recognition is not.
People call who they've heard of, not who ranks highest
When the check engine light comes on, the shop a driver already knows is the easy call. Consistent EDDM campaigns build that name recognition before the breakdown happens.
Seasonal timing fills the slow months
Mail oil change and tire rotation reminders in February and October, before winter and summer demand peaks. Pre-season campaigns capture the proactive drivers with the best margins.
A loyal customer comes back all year
Oil changes, tires, brakes, inspections: a household with two cars visits multiple times a year. A 500-piece drop is $430.00, print and USPS postage. Set it against a year of one family's visits.

What gets drivers to book
$19.99 oil change + inspection
Loss-leader that fills the bay. A good first visit is how you earn the second car. The first visit is the acquisition cost.
Free tire rotation with any service
High perceived value, negligible labor cost. Converts customers who were already due for another service and looking for a reason to act now.
$25 off brake service
Targets higher-ticket work. Homeowners who have been putting off brake service see this and finally book. Higher average ticket than oil change promotions.
ASE-certified · family-owned since 1998
Credentials and longevity are the trust signals that separate honest shops from chain stores. Lead with them, especially in new-resident campaigns.
