A CSV with a header row and one row per address: name, address, city, state and ZIP. Download the blank template on this page. In Excel or Google Sheets, use Save As or Download, then CSV.
No. Any list can be mailed. 200 or more addresses unlock the lower bulk rate (USPS Marketing Mail); smaller lists mail First Class.
Upload your list and request a quote. We price the printing, addressing and USPS postage for your size, list and mail service, and send the quote to your email. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
